All applicants must have the results of their Graduate Record Examination (GRE) General Test (verbal, quantitative, and analytical writing) sent to the Graduate School (institutional code 2906). The application fee is currently $60.00 (online) or $75.00 (if mailed). Supporting materials (letters of recommendation and transcripts), if mailed, should be sent to:

All Applications are evaluated soon after they are complete. You will be contacted by the Department of Community and Regional Planning if you have been admitted, as well as the Graduate School. Formal letters will be sent to all applicants.
International Application Information:
Applicants whose native language is not English must also supply scores from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). The examinations should be taken no later than November to ensure that results reach the Graduate School and the department before. (This information is also listed on the Graduate School Web site.)
