The Ambler College Alumni Association is one of 17 branches of the Temple University Alumni Association. The ACAA sponsors lectures, alumni events, and scholarships during the year.

Ambler campus alumni number in the thousands from a diversity of University programs, from Criminal Justice, Communications, and Environmental Studies, to Psychology, English, and Education, to Economics, Business Management, and Marketing.
