As the Associate Director of the FSBM Ambler advising office, Susan is responsible for the overall operation of this office. As the FSBM Dean’s Office representative, she is the person to contact if you have a problem that requires intervention at that level. She works with departments to deliver the courses needed to support your programs at Ambler.
Susan is the campus advisor that all Fox students should meet with at Ambler. She is responsible for both advising students and handling the administrative paperwork associated with your academic program. She works with Undergraduate Admissions and department chairs to resolve questions about your transfer credits, she will review petitions for academic overloads or study abroad, and she determines your final clearance for graduation.
Virtual Advisor
Virtual advising is available to all Fox School of Business students. Advising is provided either via WebEx or telephone. You are not required to set up a WebEx Account. If you are an approved virtual advising student, you will be able to schedule an appointment with the virtual advisor as they become available via the Fox Advising Appointment System. Be sure to choose "ONLINE ADVISING via WebEx."

Kate helps recruit both freshmen and transfer students for the Fox School of Business. She also helps new students get involved in many of the student professional organizations and programs. She holds office hours on both the Main and Ambler Campuses.
Kate is a graduate of the Fox School of Business and Management where she double majored in Marketing and Legal Studies. Currently, she is working towards her Master’s of Science in Sports and Recreation Administration from Temple University’s School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Outside of work and class, Kate enjoys rooting for all Philadelphia sports teams, traveling, running and anything involving the arts. She resides in Delaware County.

As the administrative coordinator for the Fox School of Business at Ambler, Lorraine works closely with everyone in our department as well as other departments to ensure that the administrative processes work smoothly. She is also a good contact for general problem solving.
