All students are required to purchase a red parking hangtag - faculty must purchase a purple parking hangtag - when they register for class. The hangtag costs $65 and is good for the entire academic year. The fee helps pay for the maintenance, security, and lighting in all parking areas. A hangtag may be purchased in West Hall Room 101.

Please obey the "no traffic" and "no parking" areas. Please review the parking regulations book you receive at registration and follow the parking rules. Campus Police ticket illegally parked vehicles. Please note that Campus Police also issue Upper Dublin Township parking citations. Upper Dublin Township Police also issue citations to cars illegally parked in fire zones, residential neighborhoods, and disability parking areas.

Temple University Ambler's large commuter parking lot has space for 900 vehicles. You must have a red parking hangtag to use this lot. Students are expected to have a hangtag on their cars by the beginning of the second week of classes. For your convenience, a walkway cuts across the playing fields to shorten the distance to the classrooms.
Student living in Ambler's residence halls are provided with parking along the campus Loop Road near East Hall and the basketball courts. Resident students must purchase a yellow parking hangtag from the Bursar's Office in West Hall Room 101. The hangtag costs $65 and is good for the entire academic year.
Faculty may obtain parking permits (purple hangtag) and gate cards by visiting the Bursar's Office in West Hall Room 101 and providing their car's make and license number. The fee is $65 for the year. If you have paid for parking at the Main Campus, you do not need to pay an additional fee at Ambler for a hangtag. If you are adjunct faculty, speak with your department administrator about obtaining an Adjunct Faculty Parking Payment Authorization. The Staff and Faculty parking lot is Lot #1 on Meetinghouse Road. Staff and faculty may also park in the Learning Center parking lot when space is available.
When you are visiting Temple University Ambler, you may park in Lot 1, which is across from the Administration Building on Meetinghouse Road. You may park there as long as you wish when you are visiting. Parking in the Visitor's Lot is free, but immediately upon your arrival, you must register your vehicle at the Administration Building.
