Personal Property
Temple University is a large, diverse institution. We welcome gifts of artwork, antiques, musical instruments, books, equipment, stamps, coins and other valuable collectibles.

To obtain a charitable tax deduction for the full fair market value of the property given, federal tax laws require that you acquire an independent qualified appraisal for gifts worth $5,000 or more and that the use of your gift is related to Temple's educational mission.

Please consult with the Office of Planned Giving to be sure that the University can use your gift as you wish and to review the tax implications. Please contact Jerry Rohrbach, Director of Planned Giving, at 215-204-5741 or 800-822-6957 or e-mail jerry.rohrbach@temple.edu.
